What is the Energy Leadership Index Assessment?
The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The E.L.I. forms the initial launching point for the Energy Leadership Development System, helping give you a baseline for your current performance and situation. How is it Different from other Assessments?
You've probably taken one or more assessments in your time, and if not, chances are you've at least heard of them. Names like Myers-Briggs, DiSC and Enneagram are a few of the popular choices. These assessments all have a lot of value in determining some of your strengths and weaknesses based on your personality type. However, the E.L.I. is a little different in that it's an attitudinal assessment. What does that mean? It means that it outlines how you're showing up in the here and now, which can be improved in the future once you have that awareness. It doesn't fit you into a box - rather, it gives you an in-depth look at your most common performance habits and how you react under stress.
