Y - You really can't have a shitty leader because a shitty leader can't really lead anyone!
The words "leader" and "boss" are often interchanged. Some think that you can become a leader by circumstance - like being the CEO, business owner, head of an organization. This actually isn't the case. A leader needs to be able to lead people, and to lead, people need to see that person as someone worthy of following. We're not talking about herding sheep here, we are talking about true leadership.
It's easy for a shitty "leader" to bankrupt a business because NOBODY WANTS TO WORK WITH A SHITTY LEADER! If you're a "leader" by circumstance and your leadership is the essence of the acrostic above, it won't be long before you you have no people; no employees, no customers, no partners. If you have no people, you have no business - period.
